is the COOLPIX S210 a good camera for everyday use? if i buy it, do i have to buy other things seperate?? do i need to buy a memory card seperate? wheres the best place to buy?

I really like the Nikon's, especially the s210 coolpix. did some research on it and it seems fairly decent for its price.
8.1 mp
3x optimal zoom
2.5 in screen
15 modes.
im kind of new to digital cameras and i was wondering if this would be a good choice. im just a student looking to take some clear and crisp picture from time to time.
what are some pro and cons of this particular camera?
if this is not good, any good recommendations?

I just got a purple coolpix s210 and dont know what kind to get..soo yeahh! HELP!! :]

Any SD or SDHC card. I'd suggest a 4GB SanDisk Ultra II SDHC card. Plenty of space and not too expensive (about $15/£10 on Amazon).

I'm wondering if there's money to made out of colour-matched SD cards..

I just got a coolpix s210 for christmas, all my pictures i have taken is either blurry or is fuzzy a little bit, and its still like that after i upload them onto the computer. Does anyone know if i have to change settings or anything to do to make it stop?

I just got the Nikon Coolpix S210 and I was wondering where you should insert it. There isn't a slot for it anywhere..

The slot for the memory card is located just above the battery.
Its under the same door as where the battery is.

I have a Nikon Coolpix s210 and was wondering does anyone know the best setting for concert pictures. I go to a lot of shows and always bring my camera hoping to catch some good pictures, but everything is always blurry. Anyone out there know the best settings for dark room, bright lights, stage far to kinda far away? thanks

Try high ISOs. Your cam snaps at 2000 I think....You'll see more grain (not sure how much on your camera) but less blur.
If you get close enough, use your flash.

What are the actual stores other than online stores that sell the blue or bronze nikon s210 digital camera? All i seem to find is the plum one.

Go to Nikon authorize dealer, they can order 1 for you if they don't have it in stock.

Nikon's web site will tell you the nearest authorize dealer.

the dimensions of the camera are 2.2" x 3.6" x 0.7"
for twig mama: I ordered the blue one. It was between that and the brushed bronze but I didnt want it to looklike it was slver.

i would like to kno that to because i am getting the same camera what color are you getting please reply i don't know what color to get

How to delete all images from my Nikon coolpix S210?

I cannot figure out how to delete more than one image at a time on my camera and the user manual is not helping. How do I delete all images at once. I have over 900 images on my card and want to delete them all at once.

Off of the top of my head I can't tell you exactly where it is on your camera, but if you can find the FORMAT area, Go ahead and press format. It will warn you that "all of your pictures will be erased" Yea cuz that's what ya want :)
